The McAllen Independent School District in McAllen, Texas is seeking vendors to provide apparel, awards, incentives, printing, and related products and services. The district requires these items to support its mission of educating students to become lifelong learners and productive citizens through educational excellence, technology, and community involvement. The scope of work covers the delivery of physical products including jackets, t-shirts, caps, trophies, plaques, and medals. The requested services encompass screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, general printing, and installation for these products, as well as other related services. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The district is looking for proposals to establish pricing, and the resulting contract period will run for one year.
