New Investigators Services

The government authority located in New York is seeking a vendor to provide new investigators services. This initiative supports investigators who are new to the field of research at different stages of their career development. The authority intends to increase the pool of outstanding basic and clinical researchers actively studying by enabling these new investigators to compete for funding separately from investigators with established research programs. The scope of work covers services to support these new investigators, with all performance of the work occurring offsite. The contract period will span three years. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than April 22, 2026.
