Recreation Management Software

The Municipality is seeking a vendor to provide recreation management software that integrates with Catalist accounting. The agency requires API access to coordinate with a third party for displaying facility management schedules on existing digital screens. The software must deliver a clear and easy end-user experience while assisting with the management of facilities, memberships, programs, event billings, bookings, and registrations. The scope of work covers activity registrations for courses, classes, programs, custom sessions, events, and drop-in admissions. The system must handle facility amenity registrations, including joint use agreements with local school boards, and equipment reservations. The selected vendor must manage memberships and accounts, which includes transferring unused punches from active punch cards on the current system to the new software. The agency requires an integrated, customizable, and PCI-compliant point of sale program that supports cash, credit, debit, gift cards, and cheques. The successful proponent must take responsibility for transferring gift cards purchased on the current software system to the new solution as part of their project management duties. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The contract period will run for one year.
