Program Communication and Outreach Support Service

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive program communication and outreach support services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing public engagement, media relations, and community education for its initiative. The scope of work covers public engagement and outreach, website and social media management, program website maintenance, GIS support, and media relations. Additionally, the selected vendor will handle public contact and comment management, produce educational videos and content, develop communications planning, and organize pop-up events. The project also requires the development of presentation content, support for a public advisory group, coordination of community meetings, facilitation of research facility tours, and creation of information products and handouts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for bidders to propose a budget for these services within their submissions. A pre-bid meeting will take place on May 14, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 5, 2026.
