Parking Access, Revenue Control System and Parking Facilities Management Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide parking access, revenue control system, and parking facilities management services at the airport. The agency needs to procure, install, operate, manage, enforce, and maintain a modern, proven, and reliable parking access and revenue control system that accepts cash, credit card, and debit card transactions, as well as processes validations and pre-paid reservations. This system must include specific hardware components such as Voice over Internet Protocol intercoms, exit stations, online validation stations, handheld point-of-sale devices, barcode readers, proximity card readers, automatic vehicle identification readers, credit card readers, and pinhole cameras. The scope of work requires twenty-four hour, seven days per week on-site management of all airport parking facilities, including special events where attendees park at the airport. The selected vendor must collect all gross revenues from public parking facilities and deposit them daily into agency accounts. The agency also requires the preparation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational activity reports, alongside a detailed customer service program with procedures for resolving complaints. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States, and the performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal pricing to establish the budget. The contract period will run for one year. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 11, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than July 9, 2026.
