The Hawaii-based government authority is seeking qualified attorneys or law firms to provide comprehensive legal services for fiscal year 2027. The agency requires legal expertise across a broad range of practice areas to support its operations and address potential legal challenges. These specific fields include administrative law, the Americans with Disabilities Act, arbitration and mediation, conflicts of interest, government ethics, financial fraud, waste, and abuse, whistleblower protections, constitutional law, civil rights and civil liberties, construction law, and contracts and procurement. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The selected legal counsel will perform all requested work offsite rather than at the agency's facilities.
