The government authority located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, requires a vendor to provide chief executive officer services. The administrator must review and make decisions on applications for certification, renewal, or denial for officers and telecommunicators. The work also requires reviewing reports submitted by law enforcement agencies, assigning cases for further investigation, and evaluating case referrals for administrative prosecution. Finally, the provider must coordinate with board counsel and other stakeholders on administrative appeals and litigation matters to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Bidders must perform all work onsite in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency allows digital submission of proposals via email or online portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. The agency will hold a pre-bid conference on May 26, 2026.
