Event Planning Services

The agency is seeking a qualified event planning consultant, agency, or firm to handle the coordination, planning, fundraising support, and execution of hosted events. This initiative aims to secure professional management to oversee full event production, engage and support event committees, and manage marketing and communications. The selected partner must also provide fundraising support and supply necessary event staffing. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their own budget proposals, as the agency is currently looking for cost proposals to determine the financial scope.
