Feasibility Study and Design Service

The City of Inglewood, California is seeking a qualified consultant to provide a security and power source feasibility study, a general feasibility study, and a rehabilitation, pump testing, well equipping, and site improvement plan. The selected vendor will resolve infrastructure planning needs by serving as the single point of contact for the Inglewood Water Treatment Plant and providing comprehensive project management services throughout the duration of the project. This contract will span a one-year period, with the performance of all work occurring offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals within the submitted bids, as no pre-determined budget has been disclosed.
