The Boston-based government authority is seeking a legal consulting vendor to provide specialized counsel across multiple areas of law. The agency requires expertise in construction and real estate law, including residential and commercial leases, the Americans with Disabilities Act, licenses, titles, easements, and local and state codes. Additionally, the selected counsel must possess deep knowledge in civil rights and constitutional law, general civil litigation, contract law, landlord-tenant relations, public sector and federal housing law, affordable and public housing law, and administrative law. The contract period spans three years, with all legal consulting work performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is accepting proposal submissions digitally via email or through their online portal.
