American Sign Language Interpreting and Captioning Services

The agency is seeking American Sign Language interpreting and captioning services to support students, employees, and job applicants with disabilities. The first service group requires nationally certified American Sign Language interpreters to assist students during classes, testing center exams, and extracurricular activities such as clubs and class trips. The second group involves remote video services and video relay to deliver sign language interpretation through digital platforms. The final two groups cover both on-site and remote Communication Access Real-time Translation, which requires the near-verbatim, instant translation of spoken words into written text using a stenotype machine or notebook computer and real-time software. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, with the agency accepting submissions via email or through their online portal.
