Commercial Card Services

The government authority located in Springfield, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide flexible commercial card services for the agency and its participating universities. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing diverse purchasing needs by implementing a program that supports various card types, including departmental cards, electronic payments, single-use accounts, virtual card accounts, ghost cards, and declining balance or limit cards.
