Disaster Recovery Services

The Monroe County School District in Key West, Florida is seeking disaster recovery services on an as-needed basis in the event of a manmade or natural disaster. The agency requires a contractor to provide twenty-four-seven response capabilities, debris removal, emergency protective measures, and initial inspections. The selected provider must also clear and remove debris and waste, manage and support documentation, and deliver other emergency response and disaster recovery services. To document the recovery process, the agency requires ongoing digital photos or digital videos to serve as a baseline record and to track work progress. The contractor must also provide written or electronic detailed itemized estimates of damages. The scope of work will be performed offsite. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 2, 2026. The agency accepts digital response submissions via email or online, and the budget is open to proposals submitted by bidders.
