Odor and Corrosion Control Management Services

The City of Coronado, California is seeking odor and corrosion control management services for its sanitary sewer system. The agency needs to maintain appropriate dissolved sulfide levels in the wastewater system through strategic chemical dosing at designated locations. This initiative aims to solve the ongoing challenges of odor and corrosion within the municipal sewer infrastructure. The scope of work requires the selected contractor to provide and maintain the infrastructure necessary to implement a Calcium Nitrate and Ferrous Chloride chemical treatment solution. Additionally, the project covers the continuous monitoring and reporting of dissolved sulfide and hydrogen sulfide levels at all designated monitoring and dissolved oxygen sampling locations. All work performance will occur offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
