Veteran’s Support Utilization Services

The City of Providence, Rhode Island requires a vendor to manage and execute a transitional housing program specifically tailored to military veterans. The agency is seeking to solve the challenge of providing stable housing and comprehensive support to veterans while maintaining safety, programmatic efficacy, and strong neighborhood relations. The selected operator must run the city-owned facility and deliver wrap-around support services, including on-site or coordinated case management, mental health support, employment assistance, benefits navigation, and substance abuse counseling. The scope of work covers day-to-day operational maintenance of the property, utility costs, and programmatic overhead in strict adherence to municipal housing and building codes. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore, United States organizations only. The chosen vendor must perform all work on-site at the Providence facility. The contract period will span one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Prospective bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 5, 2026.
