The scope of work covers a full sign code rewrite featuring updated sign type classifications, district-based sign standards, digital and electronic sign standards, corridor and downtown sign standards, and a wayfinding and civic signage framework. The selected vendor must evaluate the purpose and performance of each overlay, identify conflicts with base districts, and audit all existing district-level and article-level design standards. The agency also requires the consolidation of fragmented standards into a unified regulatory framework, alongside building form and frontage standards by district or place type. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online.
