The government authority located in San Diego, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive civil and legal process services. The agency requires these services to meet all legal requirements and encompass the personal service of a wide range of legal documents. These documents include Summons and Complaints, Summons and Petitions, Orders to Show Cause in Regards to Contempt, Registrations of Foreign Support Orders, Subpoenas, Judgment Debtor Exams, Judgments, Court Orders after Hearing, Income Withholding Orders, Court Orders to Appear for Financial Evaluation, Notices of Hearing, Petitions for Orders of Payment of Costs, and all other documents requiring service of process. The agency restricts eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the requested work must take place onsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for May 26, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 28, 2026.
