The agency is seeking a full-service public relations firm to counsel and assist in the research, development, implementation, and monitoring of its corporate and business media relations. The primary goal is to enhance the organization's public image, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective communication of initiatives and operations. To solve these communication needs, the selected firm must provide a dedicated team for research, strategic planning, implementation, and tracking results. The scope of work covers a broad spectrum of forums and tools, including traditional print and broadcast media, contemporary presentation formats like Prezi and small-format video, and digital and social media elements. The agency requires the design and production of promotional materials, brochures, newsletters, informational press packets, media releases, and the annual report. Additionally, the firm must conduct market surveys, assist with cooperative promotional opportunities, plan and execute media escorts on board trains, and provide project management for events and rollouts. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The contract period will span two years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
