Comprehensive Land Use Plan Revisions Unified Development Code Revisions Economic Development Strategies Services

The City of Live Oak is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive land use plan revisions, unified development code revisions, and economic development strategies services. Because the city has reached buildout, the agency needs to encourage new economic development activity and align its regulatory framework with its long-term vision. The selected consultant will deliver a final physical and digital comprehensive land use plan document containing descriptions, recommendations, maps, goals, objectives, and strategies. The project scope also requires a diagnostic review and update of the unified development code to ensure its relevance to the newly adopted land use plan. Additionally, the consultant must develop targeted economic development strategies using the site-specific recommendations from the land use plan as a foundation. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency allows the selected contractor to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
