Benefits Broker Professional Services

The Town of Hudson, New Hampshire is seeking a benefits partner to provide expert benefits broker professional services and guidance. The agency needs to develop short- and long-range employee benefit goals and strategies, determine cost-efficient funding methods, and ensure the competitiveness of its plans. The selected partner will assist the Town with preparing bid specifications, soliciting and evaluating insurance market proposals, and analyzing renewal options. The scope of work covers budget analysis, premium cost-share modeling, and presenting reports to Town representatives and union officials. The partner must also support initiatives to establish the Town's Employee Benefits Brand, recommend innovative products and technologies, and introduce programs to improve employee productivity and engagement. Additionally, the service provider will administer the Retirement System subsidy billing on behalf of the Town. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
