IT Staffing Services

The Great Lakes Water Authority in Detroit, Michigan is seeking IT staffing services on an as-needed basis to supplement internal resources. The agency requires these services to build upon existing work in data management, application integrations, and business process/quality assurance programs for critical software products and workflows. The ultimate goals are to ensure timely completion of internal tasks, minimize data integration defects, and enhance user satisfaction. The scope of work covers connecting disparate software systems, applications, and data sources to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data flow. Staffing resources must design and implement middleware solutions, utilize APIs, manage data mapping, and troubleshoot complex interactions. Additionally, the work includes Oracle Cloud Infrastructure application engineering to debug software programs, cloud-native microservices, and APIs, as well as managing GIS work orders within the Cityworks system. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Detroit, Michigan.
