The regional transportation authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to conduct a national search for a highly qualified executive director to lead its new organization. The agency needs a partner to identify, recruit, assess, and assist in hiring a dynamic leader who will handle organizational development, startup operations, regional transportation planning, stakeholder engagement, financial strategy, and mobility initiatives. The selected partner will collaborate with the Board to refine the position description, develop a candidate profile, and execute a targeted national recruitment plan. The scope of work requires the vendor to proactively approach candidates, conduct initial screenings, assess leadership capabilities, and provide a shortlist of highly qualified individuals. The agency also requires assistance with compensation benchmarking analysis, candidate negotiations, and onboarding transition planning. Performance of these recruitment services will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
