The City of Oregon is seeking executive search firm services to assist in attracting, interviewing, and hiring for multiple leadership positions. The selected provider will help the city develop job descriptions, terms of employment, advertising materials, a recruitment plan, and strategies to encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. The scope of work covers identifying potential contacts, conducting personal outreach recruiting, and posting positions through national channels and industry job services. The agency also requires assistance in preparing interview questions, coordinating candidate participation, and participating in the interview process. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
