The government authority located in San Francisco, California is seeking a vendor to provide recruiting services for up to two grants team positions within the Office of Access and Inclusion. The agency needs to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy, materials, and an implementation plan to conduct an extensive search for a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates. The selected vendor will focus on reaching candidates in both the public and private sectors to fill these specific roles. The scope of work covers the creation of a comprehensive position profile, a recruitment brochure, an advertising campaign, and an outreach strategy. The agency requires the vendor to establish screening criteria, design the interview process, set a recruitment timeline, and conduct extensive personal outreach. Additionally, the vendor must conduct first-round interviews, recommend second or final-tier candidates, facilitate final interviews, perform reference and background checks, and assist in the final selection and contract negotiation.
