Video Production and Photography Services

Additionally, the agency requires short-form video content for web or social media, photography services supporting court events, outreach, portraits, website content, or other public-facing communication needs, and updates, revisions, or enhancements to existing video or photography content. For script development and creative planning, the scripts must be written in language that is understandable to members of the public who may have little or no familiarity with the court system. The successful bidder must develop a storyboard or visual outline, where applicable, describing the proposed structure and presentation of the requested deliverables. For production services, the proposed approach should support consistency in tone and delivery and limit reliance on onscreen individuals where appropriate. Deliverables must be designed to support long-term use and should avoid content, references, or visual elements that may quickly become outdated. During editing and post-production, the successful bidder must edit recorded footage and incorporate narration, graphics, and other visual elements as appropriate. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Performance of the work will be offsite.
