Commonwealth Dual Enrollment Partnership Grant Service

The Massachusetts Department of Higher Education in Boston is seeking a vendor to provide Commonwealth Dual Enrollment Partnership grant services. The agency is attempting to increase college participation through dual enrollment activities, specifically targeting students who are historically and currently underrepresented in higher education. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to advance equity by increasing the likelihood that these underrepresented students matriculate and earn a college degree. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to increase dual enrollment among underrepresented student populations and design thoughtful, holistic dual enrollment offerings. The project also covers providing dual enrollment students with intentional opportunities for college support, preparation, and awareness activities. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated location in Massachusetts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this service. Bidders must note that a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 26, 2026.
