The Arkansas government authority is seeking outside legal counsel to handle highly specialized legal matters. The agency needs representation for specialized immigration issues, bond, finance, investment, and non-routine tax matters. The scope of work also covers employee benefits, CMS and hospital-related compliance, export-control, specialized hazardous materials, environmental compliance, and complex construction-related matters. The agency requires that all participating organizations be located onshore within the United States. The selected legal counsel will perform all work offsite.
