The North Dakota government authority located in Bismarck is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive recruitment services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of identifying, assessing, and securing qualified candidates through a structured search process. The selected vendor will design an outreach campaign incorporating location targeting, optimal ad frequency, and coordinated messaging across various platforms. The scope of work requires the vendor to conduct candidate assessments, resume screenings, reference checks, and public domain internet searches. The agency expects the vendor to perform interviews, prepare experience summaries, assess cultural fit, and conduct in-depth evaluations. Additionally, the vendor must develop a process to narrow the candidate list and assist the search committee in developing interview questions. The vendor will provide regular progress reports throughout the search and assist with negotiating compensation packages and employment terms. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of all contracted work to occur offsite.
