The agency is seeking a comprehensive solution for the production, printing, and distribution of Driver's License and Identification Cards. The project aims to secure reliable, high-quality credentialing services that accommodate specific formatting requirements based on the age of the cardholder. Credentials issued to individuals under the age of twenty-one, as well as certain government-issued credentials, must be produced in a vertical format with distinct visual designations, while credentials for individuals aged twenty-one and older must use a horizontal format. The scope of work covers the development of base designs for each primary credential type and the provision of flexible design options to allow customization for specific programmatic or regulatory requirements. The selected vendor must print all identification documents and credentials, provide professional services for credential design, and deliver ongoing maintenance and support. The agency also requires a fixed-price option for updating credentials when the Commissioner's signature changes, along with integration of a Voter ID designation. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performing vendor must conduct all work onsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to define the cost of these services. The contract period will span five years.
