Awards, Custom Apparel and Promotional Items Supplemental Services

The school district is seeking a vendor to provide awards, recognition items, custom apparel, and promotional products for use across the district. The district needs to solve the challenge of securing consistent, high-quality promotional items while maintaining strict adherence to district branding guidelines. The scope of work covers the delivery of medals, ribbons, engraving services, various t-shirts, jackets, outerwear, athletic uniforms, spirit wear, event giveaways, fundraising merchandise, notebooks, and planners. The selected vendor must provide artwork proofing and approval prior to production to ensure accurate logo placement and high-resolution logo reproduction. Performance of the work will occur onsite, and only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the district is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The contract period will run for one year. The district has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for May 26, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 1, 2026.
