Photography and Yearbook Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography and yearbook services on an as-needed basis across its kindergarten through grade twelve campuses. The agency also requires photography services for district events such as graduation, teacher of the year ceremonies, and service awards. The selected provider must capture faculty and staff portraits, class group photographs, student identification card photography, and yearbook photography. The scope of work covers scheduling picture days, including fall portrait sessions, retake sessions at each campus, and any additional sessions required throughout the school year. The agency also requires candid and supplemental photography upon request by individual campuses. The contract period will run for one year, and performance of the work must take place onsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
