Professional, Advisory, Communications, Training, Media and Design Services

The Government of Nunavut is seeking a vendor to provide professional, advisory, communications, training, media, and design services. The agency requires support across seven distinct areas to strengthen its tourism and cultural industries. These areas include project and event management, strategic planning, communications, tourism and cultural training, research, marketing and branding, and video and photography services. The project covers event management tasks such as executing promotional campaigns, securing sponsors, and overseeing budgets. The strategic planning component requires business case development, market assessments, and strategic development frameworks. For communications, the selected vendor will develop plans, write and edit materials, conduct research, and provide translation and proofreading services. The training scope involves developing and delivering workshops for tourism service providers, visual artists, musicians, sculptors, and performers, as well as organizing venues and travel. Research services must focus on improving data collection, monitoring economic impacts, and analyzing various tourism and art sectors. Marketing tasks include graphic design, branding, social media management, digital asset management, and media planning for niche markets like Indigenous and marine tourism. Bidders must be onshore Canadian organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of all requested work to take place offsite.
