Extended Stay Hotel Management Services

A government authority in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide extended-stay hotel management services. The agency needs to operate the property as a low-barrier extended-stay hotel where income from room rents covers all operating expenses. The selected operator will collect rents, manage the operating account, establish and enforce tenancy agreements, and provide housekeeping services. The scope of work requires the operator to hire and train sufficient staff, manage outside vendors for services like internet, laundry, pest control, or major repairs, and maintain the property to ensure systems remain operational and free of code violations. The operator must also provide residents with access to high-quality, voluntary supportive services.
