Evidence-Based Practices Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a user-friendly and accessible evidence-based practices platform for behavioral health professionals. This platform will solve the problem of ensuring mental health and substance use providers have reliable access to validated, best-practice resources in their field. The system must enable a network of approximately fifty service providers across various organizations to share knowledge and access curated behavioral health materials. The scope of work requires the vendor to manage, curate, and validate evidence-based resources to ensure they are relevant and scientifically sound. The selected partner must also provide ongoing technical support and respond to inquiries from agency staff and network providers in a timely fashion. The contract period will run for one year, and the performance of all work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must operate onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online.
