Facility Contractor Services

The City of Westland, Michigan is seeking a facility contractor to provide facility services across all municipal locations. The contractor will report directly to the City's Facilities Director when on site and will receive general access to all facilities requiring service. The contractor must coordinate directly with the City to arrange and schedule any necessary electrical power shutdowns required to perform repairs or install new devices. The agency requires an onshore organization based in the United States to perform this work. Although the contractor will service physical facilities, the agency specifies that the performance of the work will be offsite.
