Federal Compliance Training and Legal Consultation on Federal Compliance Services

The New Mexico government authority is seeking federal compliance training and legal consultation services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2027, through June 30, 2030. The agency needs to ensure its staff remains in strict compliance with federal requirements through ongoing legal consultation. Additionally, the agency requires training programs for its own staff, as well as training delivered on behalf of the agency to local educational agencies and other educational entities regarding federal compliance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite at the contractor's own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 1, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the requested training and legal consultation scope for the specified four-year period.
