Legal Assistance Service

The Montana government authority is seeking a vendor to provide legal assistance services to individuals aged sixty and older. The agency requires a partner to deliver legal advice and advocacy, including phone-based assistance to individuals who meet specific program criteria. Representatives must remain available to respond to inquiries during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, while legal research and other duties may occur outside these hours. The scope of work also requires the selected provider to develop and deliver training and technical assistance. This educational outreach will target aging professionals, legal professionals, program staff, and members of the general public on topics relating to elder law and aging services. The agency allows the performance of these duties to occur through a combination of onsite and offsite work. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
