Strategic Plan Implementation and Leadership Development Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide strategic plan implementation support, executive leadership development, organizational coaching, project management support, and leadership development services. The goal of this initiative is to strengthen district-wide systems, leadership capacity, strategic execution, communication alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives. The selected provider will deliver in-person leadership development sessions and retreats, as well as professional development for aspiring principals, principals, executive leadership teams, cabinet members, academic leadership teams, communication teams, and other district leadership groups. The scope of work covers strategic planning and organizational alignment support, team collaboration and communication development, and the facilitation of leadership workshops and strategic planning sessions. The agency requires executive coaching services, which include executive leadership coaching, strategic communications coaching, stakeholder communication and engagement coaching, strategic planning and implementation coaching, and coaching for communication strategy development. Additionally, the project involves leadership facilitation and collaboration support, leadership effectiveness and organizational development support, and a Principal Leadership Academy. For cabinet and project management oversight, the agency requires strategic plan implementation support, leadership planning and facilitation, data analysis, strategic recommendations, and community engagement support. The requested virtual project management support services encompass the development of project management structures, superintendent support systems and coordination, procedures for maintaining records and final documents, and cross-departmental coordination and workflow support. The agency also requests district survey and community engagement support services, which include community engagement planning, stakeholder engagement strategies, survey planning and implementation, and communication alignment support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 30, 2026.
