United Arab Emirates - Media and Public Relation Service

Greenpeace Organization is seeking a strategic partner to provide comprehensive media and public relations services in the United Arab Emirates. The organization requires strategic counsel, media relations support, content development, media monitoring, reputational risk advice, and spokesperson preparation. The selected partner must go beyond media distribution to build long-term relationships with influential journalists, editors, producers, commentators, and media platforms. The scope of work includes creating a multi-tier stakeholder map covering government entities, legislative bodies, energy stakeholders, strategic media, academics, think tanks, and community influencers. The partner must develop rolling profiles of key individuals that detail their influence level, stance, communication preferences, and tailored engagement recommendations. The project also requires strategic visibility, branding, thought leadership positioning, and profiling for the Executive Director and other spokespersons. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United Arab Emirates organizations. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the organization is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
