Pre-exposure Prophylaxis Aware Campaign Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide pre-exposure prophylaxis aware campaign services for a contract period of one year. The agency needs to solve the problem of low awareness and uptake of pre-exposure prophylaxis within priority populations. To address this, the agency requires a public health campaign that promotes personalized messages of pre-exposure prophylaxis and its importance. The scope of work covers developing a portfolio of campaign assets related to the selected theme, which must include recruiting and screening spokesmodels who represent the priority populations. The selected vendor must design a digital social media toolkit and a webpage for the campaign, compiling all assets in formats ready for community partners to use after agency review and approval. Additionally, the project requires coordinating campaign dissemination with community partners, recommending targeted grassroots and paid media strategies, and potentially coordinating the creation and distribution of branded giveaways. The vendor must also coordinate the campaign launch, which includes a statewide webinar and other mechanisms to disseminate the toolkit and campaign materials for use during pre-exposure prophylaxis aware week. Eligible bidders must perform the work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
