School Safety Enhancement Program Service

The District of Columbia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive school safety enhancement program service. The agency requires this program to secure and monitor school entry points, establish functional door-locking systems, and implement perimeter controls. To resolve coordination challenges during emergencies, the agency needs coordinated incident command structures and clear emergency response protocols. The scope of work covers enhanced training and preparedness exercises designed specifically for school personnel and School Resource Officers. The selected vendor must also implement and oversee regular safety drills that align with established best practices. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated locations in Washington, DC. Eligible bidders must be onshore entities located within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. The contract period for the school safety enhancement program service will be for one year.
