Park Parking Lot Overlay Service

The City of Omaha, Nebraska, requires professional park parking lot overlay and concrete paving services. The agency is seeking a qualified contractor to install, repair, and overlay various concrete and asphalt surfaces across its park facilities. This project addresses the maintenance and rehabilitation of critical park infrastructure to ensure safe and accessible public spaces. The scope of work covers concrete walk pavement, concrete trail pavement, roadways, parking lots, curbing, and combination curb and gutter. Additionally, the selected contractor must install or repair basketball court concrete pavement, handicapped curb ramps, concrete pavement under playground surfacing, concrete shelter pavement, and heavy-duty concrete pavement on the prepared subgrade. The agency requires all performance of the work to be completed offsite from the contractor's facilities. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
