Child Care Support Centers Service

The selected vendor will administer substitute pools to assist eligible child care providers with their daily operations when staffing assistance is required. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to apply for this opportunity. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite at the designated locations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract with a performance period of five years. Prospective bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to establish and manage the substitute pools effectively.
