The government authority located in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive legal services across multiple specialized practice areas. The agency needs legal representation and counsel covering the Americans with Disabilities Act, civil rights, construction contracts and claims, corporate and transactional law, and criminal procedure. Additionally, the scope of work encompasses cyber law, environmental law, finance, immigration, insurance, intellectual property, labor and employment, liability, pension, public entity law, railroad operating law, real estate, workers' compensation, and writs and appeals.
