Develop and Implement Public Health Strategies Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to develop and implement public health strategies to address cognitive impairment, cognitive decline, and caregiver support. The project aims to educate the public and health professionals on brain health, agency, and caregiving while increasing the availability and use of public health surveillance information. The agency also requires the vendor to increase the adoption, implementation, and evaluation of the agency Public Health Road Map series. The scope of work covers developing evidence-informed training materials for current and future health care and public health professionals. The vendor must identify and address specific knowledge and skills needs among health care professionals, community health workers, patient navigators, and other relevant professionals. Additionally, the project requires evaluating the effectiveness and reach of the delivered education and workforce training, updating materials to keep pace with the evolving landscape, and implementing the marketing and communications plan. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The contract period will run for one year.
