Event Decorating Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event decorating, furniture, and equipment rental services. The project requires a Patriotic Chic design aesthetic featuring sophisticated, elegant patriotic styling with modern touches. The overall event theme is American Icons, highlighting iconic American cities and landmarks through a red, white, and blue color scheme with gold and silver metallic accents. The scope of work covers centerpieces for the VIP area and main entrance that incorporate city themes, as well as decorative elements for each food station reflecting different cities. The selected vendor must supply twelve display pedestals or platforms of various heights for city showcases, along with lighting for each display area and protective barriers or elegant roping as needed. Additionally, the project requires informational signage for each city display, plastic counter signs with raised Freedom 250 lettering for the ticket counter, and eight elegant space identification signs for the VIP Lounge, Entertainment Area, Food Stations, Photo Booth, Eating Areas, and Display Areas. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
