Outreach and Technical Assistance Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide outreach and technical assistance services focused on electrified transportation. The project aims to solve community mobility challenges by delivering technical assistance, planning support, and mobility readiness activities. The selected partner will host three outreach and engagement events to assess local needs and preferences. The scope of work requires the development of a mobility preference community transportation needs assessment. The agency also requires the vendor to co-draft mobility service proposals based on the gathered community feedback. All project work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has established a budget of up to 105,000 USD for this initiative.
