User Testing Experience Services

The government authority located in Quebec is seeking a vendor to provide user testing experience services. The agency needs to evaluate its learning solutions and training products through user experience and accessibility-focused user interface assessments. This initiative aims to ensure that digital platforms and training materials are highly usable and accessible to all users. The scope of work covers assistance with accessing the digital platform and conducting live testing sessions. The selected vendor must support the submission of files and materials while troubleshooting minor compatibility or usability issues related to the user experience testing tools. Technical support must be available during regular business hours throughout the contract. The contract period will be for one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
