Air Compressor, Delivery, Startup, Training Service

The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver an oil-free air compressor with an integrated dryer, a vertical air receiver, and all necessary ancillary materials and equipment. The agency requires a fully functioning system to meet its facility air requirements, though agency staff will perform the physical installation including water, electrical, and air hookups. The selected vendor must provide technical support on installation parameters, perform acceptance testing, and place the unit into satisfactory operation. The scope of work includes providing detailed information on refrigerant cooling, electrical services, and air connections to support the installation. The vendor must also conduct at least one training session, lasting a minimum of one hour, for the Mill Creek facility maintenance and operations staff. All pricing must be fully inclusive of the equipment supply, delivery, startup, documentation, warranty, maintenance, training, and any other ancillary costs. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore vendors located within the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 4, 2026.
