Professional Legal City Attorney Services

The City of Groveland, Florida, is seeking a qualified United States-based organization to provide comprehensive professional legal city attorney services. The selected legal partner will address administrative matters and proceedings, city charter and code of ordinances issues, code enforcement, procurement, and contract law. Additionally, the scope of work requires drafting and reviewing ordinances and resolutions, navigating federal, state, and city ethics laws, managing land use and zoning matters, and attending all meetings of the city council and select boards and agencies. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The designated legal counsel will perform all work offsite, with the exception of the required in-person meeting attendances. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these legal services. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract.
